高压液相色谱法检测水稻根系伤流液中细胞分裂素类物质

Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatographic method had been established to determine cytokinin contents of root exudates in rice. This method was simple, reliable and accurate, and could be used for measuring zeatin, dihydrozeatin, dihydrozeatin riboside, and N6 isopentenyladenine in rice root exudates.

摘要: 建立了应用高压液相色谱法检测水稻根系伤流液中细胞分裂素类物质的方法。该法具有灵敏、可靠、准确的特点,可检测到玉米素(Z)、二氢玉米素(diHZ)、二氢玉米素核苷(diHZR)和异戊烯基腺嘌呤(iP)4种细胞分裂素。
