Genetical Analysis of Resistance to Whitebacked Planthopper Sogatella furcifera (Horvath) in Four Rice Varieties (Oryza sativa) of Yunnan Province

四个云南水稻品种对白背飞虱的抗性遗传分析

Abstract: The allelic relationships were studied between the dominant genes resistant to whitebacked planthopper in four local indica varieties of Yunnan Province (Gui-Yi-Gu, Bian-Gu, Da-Qi-Gu and Da-Hua-Gu) and Wbph3 and Wbph5, on the one hand, and that between the dominant genes in the four varieties on the other hand. It was shown that the single dominant resistance genes in Gui- Yi-Gu and other three varieties are non-allelic to Wbph3 and Wbph5. and the dominant resistance gene in Gui-Yi-Gu is allelic to the genes in Bian-Gu, Da-Qi- Gu and Da-Hua-Gu. The new gene resistant to whitebacked planthopper found in four local indica varieties of Yunnan was named tentatively as Wbph6(t).

摘要: 分析了鬼衣谷、便谷、大齐谷备和大花谷四个籼型云南地方品种的单显性抗白背飞虱基因与与Wbph3Wbph5间,以及四个云南地方品种抗性基因间的等位性关系。结果表明,鬼衣谷等四个品种所携带的单显性抗虫基因均与Wbph3Wbph5间为非等位关系;鬼衣谷、便谷、大齐谷和大花谷各所携带的单显性抗虫基因间互为等位关系。在鬼衣谷等四个云南地方品种中发现了一新的抗白背飞虱抗性基因,暂将这一新的抗性基因定名为Wbph6(t)。
