Abstract: The effect of endogenous hormones on the culture capacity in mature rice embryo culture and the possibility of increasing culture efficiency by the means of adjusting exogenous hormones of media based on endogenous hormones of rice embryo were studied. The results showed that the callus initiation and plant regeneration were related to endogenous hormones of mature rice embryo and its derived callus. Improving the balance of endogenous hormones through adjusting exogenous hormones of media is a effective means of raising culture efficiency.

摘要： 采用水稻的成熟胚为外植体，研究了内源激素对培养力的影响，并进一步探讨了外源激素对内源激素作用的影响。结果表明，愈伤组织诱导率和植株再生与水稻的成熟胚及其愈伤组织的内源激素含量有关。通过调节培养基的外源激素改变内源激素的平衡是提高培养效率的有效手段。
